Product Warranty Agreement

                (1) The service contents stipulated in these after-sales service terms are applicable to the bus-type multi-axis servo drives, drive-control integration, remote IO module products, etc. purchased through legal channels in the Chinese market.

               (2) The warranty period of this product is eighteen months (based on the bar code information of the body), and we are responsible for free maintenance of the product in case of malfunction or damage during the warranty period under normal use according to the instruction manual.

               (3) During the warranty period, a certain maintenance fee will be charged for damage caused by the following reasons:

               a. Damage to the machine due to wrong use or unauthorized repair or modification;

               b. Damage to the machine caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary disasters;

               c. Hardware damage caused by human fall and transportation after purchase;

               d. Damage to the machine caused by failure to operate the machine in accordance with the user manual provided by our company;

               e. Failures and damages caused by malfunctions other than those of the machine (e.g. external equipment factors).

               f. Product nameplate labels torn, altered or otherwise caused by the product code can not be recognized;

               (4) When the product malfunction or damage, please fill in the details of the "Product Warranty Card" in the contents.

               (5) maintenance costs charged, always in accordance with my company's latest adjustment of the "maintenance price list" shall prevail.

               (6) Note to customers: Please try to send repair before the backup program parameters, etc., to avoid the re-testing of the machine for repair. Our products are precision electronic products, the customer repair to pay attention to the use of safe and reliable packaging and transportation, to avoid secondary damage during transportation, the damage caused by the transportation process, our company will not bear the corresponding responsibility, please understand. Please understand that if you do not receive any feedback within 5 working days after sending out the repaired products, please call the corresponding commercial staff to inquire, so as to avoid the loss of the repaired parts during transportation.

               (7) If there is any problem in the process of product service, please contact us in time.
